A practical and comfortable flat situated near Saint Jean station in Bordeaux. The flat is available for medium-term lets. The residential complex is quiet and secure; the flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift) and features two comfortable bedrooms and a parking space. The Tauzia tram stop is a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. A swimming pool is available during the summer.

The flat has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed), as well as a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet.
