A spacious, comfortable and well-equipped 30 m² studio flat. The property is situated on the ground floor of a small block of flats with a separate entrance leading onto the street. The flat is ideally located close to Saint-Jean station and opposite the tram stop, offering direct access to the city centre; it is suitable for both leisure and business stays, as well as short- and medium-term rentals.

EQUIPMENT All facilities provided: washing machine, wifi, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each reservation. Pay parking lot at Les Salinières or André Meunier parking lot a 5-minute walk away.
