Welcome to this beautiful, spacious, light and comfortable flat, situated in the Benauge neighbourhood on the right bank of Bordeaux. Enjoy the balcony, air conditioning and a parking space for a completely stress-free stay. Ideally situated, it is right next to tram line A (Thiers-Benauge stop), which will take you to the city centre in just 15 minutes. An ideal base from which to explore Bordeaux, whether you’re here on holiday or on business!

Enjoy a comfortable flat, ideal for a pleasant stay in Bordeaux. It features a cosy living room with a television, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster), a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a separate toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use throughout your stay. There are two air-conditioning units in the flat (living room and bedroom). Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the flat A welcome pack is provided on arrival, containing a sponge, a coffee pod, a bin bag, toilet paper, an individual soap pod and a dishwasher tablet. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay. A secure parking space within the residential complex completes the amenities.
