Welcome ! Located in the heart of Bordeaux, this unique 150 m² loft with parking is housed in a former Bordeaux wine cellar that has been fully converted into luxury accommodation. The apartment takes its name from the historic well situated within it, as well as from Rue Descazeaux, the street in which it is nestled. The space blends the raw charm of the original architecture with contemporary comfort.

The loft is centred around a large living room and a spacious, comfortable lounge, perfect for spending time together after a day out in the city. You’ll also have access to a large 35 m² terrace – a rarity in the heart of Bordeaux – ideal for a peaceful lunch or enjoying summer evenings. Two large, unique and very comfortable bedrooms in basement duplex (naturally temperature-controlled, King and queen size beds), as well as a bathroom with a shower and bath, and two separate toilets.
